I have worked on this Arabic web SaaS applications that require a full understanding of how car repair shops operate and to provide a localized experience that simplifies day-to-day operations.
I took this and worked on it as a solo designer from user research and understanding the root of customers' problems to UX planning and how to ideate and design the best ideas that can fit their day-to-day activity without changing much of their routine, I had to transfer physical experience into a similar simplified digital experience that automates their work and I did that very successfully, with designs full UIs, creating a design system, handing off the designs and work closely with developers to ensure the correct implementation.
After the release, we had great results from business and customer satisfaction with huge metrics improvements. and big companies transferred and chose to use our product.
